Pretty Useless NFTs

As part of the V&A’s Design & Digital curatorial team, I noticed an influx of curiosity about digital art from our audiences as a result of the NFT boom in 2021. Responding to this interest, I programmed a talk as part of the V&A’s Friday Late ‘Pretty Useless Things’. I invited members of Keiken collective, and the artist Alice Bucknell, to talk about their work and join me in a panel to discuss how they were thinking about and engaging – or not – with this new technology.
